Long cardigans are a staple in my fall and winter wardrobe, but sometimes they can look a little frumpy when they aren’t styled with the right pieces.
A tip I have for making cardigans look more stylish is to play with proportions. When you are wearing a long cardigan, it’s important to wear a shirt underneath that is shorter than your cardigan. If you only have longer shirts, I would suggest tucking them into your jeans or tying a little knot in the front or side of your shirt to make it appear shorter.
These are my favorite skinny jeans to wear with my long cardigans and oversized sweaters because I love the look of fitted jeans and a bigger/longer sweater on top. This is one of my favorite fall outfits because it is super cozy and cute at the same time!
