Ever since I got engaged, I’ve really upped my workout routine (#shreddingforthewedding). I love having a workout buddy and it’s even more fun getting in shape with my significant other.

Some of my favorite workouts to do with my fiancé are hiking, spin classes, yoga, and sometimes if I’m lucky he will join me in my pilates reformer classes. I love having a workout buddy because it motivates me to work harder and provides a little friendly competition!

Working out is always more fun when you’re wearing cute workout clothes! I love the Zella collection at Nordstrom, and we both love wearing Lululemon and Nike. I have had my eye on these Nike Roshe Flyknit shoes for so long, and I want to add them to my collection soon 🙂

    Hi, Kimmie! You’ve inspired me to ramp up my work-outs [I like barre, yoga, pilates, running (although, let’s be honest, I like the results, but not always so much the actual running) and conventional biking]. I didn’t think it was possible for you to look any better than you already did, but you do! Amazing!! I also always enjoy your excellent fashion sense, style and reading your blogs!!! Do you have any special nutrition tips in addition to the extra workouts? xoxo Oh, and you and Nathan look so adorable working out together! Great pics!

    Hi Lisa! Thank you so much for your sweet comment!! 🙂 As for special nutrition tips, the only thing that has really been working for me is eating more protein and less carbs! Make sure you are always getting in enough protein each day…I do that by making sure I’m eating protein with every meal, and if I still don’t feel like it’s enough I will drink a protein shake or eat a protein bar. Quest bars are my favorite! Also, eating six small meals per day instead of three larger meals has resulted in weight loss for me. I hope this helps!! xo, Kimmie
